What Astrava offers
Astrava combines calculated chart positions with interpretations drawn from clearly identified Vedic or Western traditions, along with tarot, numerology and other reflection tools. Astrology, tarot and numerology are not scientifically established ways to predict events. AI can make mistakes. Past-life content is imaginative storytelling.
Use Astrava for entertainment and self-reflection. It does not provide medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice, and readings should not replace qualified advice or determine important decisions about yourself or another person. We do not promise particular outcomes or scientific predictive accuracy.
Adults only
You must be at least 18 years old to use Astrava. Before using the app, confirm that you are 18 or older and accept these terms. Astrava is not intended for children or teenagers.
Your account and information
Use accurate account information and keep access to your sign-in account secure. Share another person’s birth details only with their permission. You are responsible for the information you submit and for deciding whether to share a reading. See the Astrava privacy policy for processing, storage and data controls.
Subscriptions and allowance
Astrava Plus is planned as one monthly subscription, purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The price, currency, applicable taxes and reading allowance will be shown in the app and the store before purchase. Launch pricing is still being reviewed; this page does not offer or confirm a price.
Each completed AI reading uses one reading from the applicable allowance. A failed generation returns its allowance. The monthly allowance resets for a successfully paid billing period and does not roll over. Opening a previously saved reading does not use another reading. Free access and its limits are shown in the app.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the store. Follow the cancellation deadline shown by your store. Cancellation normally stops future renewal while access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to the store’s handling of refunds, revocations and payment failures. Refund requests follow the purchasing store’s process and applicable consumer rights. Use Restore purchases while signed in to the Astrava account that made the purchase.
Old HT Hub credits and subscriptions are separate from Astrava’s mobile subscription. Deleting an Astrava account or removing the app does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not misuse the service, bypass allowance or purchase verification, access another person’s private account, submit unlawful content, or interfere with the service. We may restrict abusive use. If you believe access was restricted in error, contact support.
Features can be unavailable because of network problems, maintenance or a provider failure. Export readings you want to keep. If we materially change or discontinue a paid service, we will explain the available account and billing options; applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your content and app license
You keep your rights in information you submit. You permit Nyza and its service providers to process it as necessary to provide the requested service. AI outputs may resemble other outputs and are not guaranteed to be unique or free of errors. Do not assume an output grants rights in another person’s work.
The app and its branding belong to Nyza or their respective rights holders. For the iOS app, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Nothing here removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Account controls and help
You can export or delete your Astrava data in the app. If you cannot access it, use the web deletion request route. For product, purchase or account help, visit Astrava support.
