Stage Rush is a free, ad-supported game. The app itself does not require an account and stores game progress (high scores, settings, currency) locally on your device. The app does collect the following via embedded third-party SDKs:

Stage Rush does NOT collect your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, files, photos, microphone, or camera data.

All data is transmitted to and from our services over HTTPS (TLS). We use industry-standard safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls on internal systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our products are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Stage Rush is rated Everyone (ESRB) / PEGI 3 / IARC 3+. The app targets users 13 and older. AdMob serves only non-personalized ads to users in regions with stricter child-data laws (GDPR-K / COPPA).
You can reset or delete the advertising identifier on your device at any time via the Android Settings → Google → Ads menu (Android) or Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising (iOS).
If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hardiktrehan@nyza.us.

Our websites use only the strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function plus, on some pages, anonymous analytics via Google Search Console. You can decline non-essential cookies in your browser at any time.
Contact form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your inquiry, then deleted on a rolling 24-month basis. Anonymous server logs are retained for up to 90 days. Stage Rush stores game progress locally on your device only; uninstalling the app deletes that data.
Nyza Creations LLC is based in Washington State, USA. By using our products from outside the United States, you understand that your data will be processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than your country. We rely on standard contractual safeguards where required.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via in-app notice or email where appropriate.
