What we collect
When you take the AI Readiness Audit or contact us, we collect: your name, email, business name, and the answers you provide. When you call our voice agent, we record the call transcript. We do not collect payment information directly — payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use it
We use your information to: respond to your inquiry, send you the audit report you requested, follow up about projects you initiated, and send occasional product updates (you can unsubscribe anytime). We do not sell your data, ever.
Third-party services
We use: Google Workspace (email + drive), Stripe (payments), Anthropic + OpenAI + Google AI (LLM inference for the audit and chatbot), ElevenLabs (voice agent), Twilio (telephony). Each has their own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses minimal first-party cookies for session state. We don't use third-party advertising trackers. We may add Google Analytics in the future and will update this page when we do.
HIPAA
For healthcare clients on dedicated implementations, we sign a BAA. The public marketing site (this site) is not a covered system and should not be used to transmit PHI.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hardiktrehan@nyza.us. We respond within 7 business days.
