In the app
- Open Astrava and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Open You → Your data. Export your readings first if you want a copy.
- Choose Delete account, review what is removed, and type DELETE to confirm. You may need to sign in again.
Without the app
Open the support form below, choose Astrava, and request account deletion. Include the email associated with the account; do not send a password, payment-card details or identity documents. We will verify the request before removing account data.

What is removed and retained
Deletion removes your Astrava sign-in account, birth profile, saved and imported readings, and usage history. Your separate hardiktrehan.com account is not affected.
A minimal record of account deletion, purchase ownership and subscription entitlement is retained to prevent purchase fraud and reconcile billing. The purchasing store retains its own billing records. Copies you exported or shared, and readings saved in an old browser’s local storage, are not remotely erased by deleting the mobile account.
Cancel your subscription separately
Account deletion does not stop subscription renewal. Manage or cancel through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Use the store where you originally subscribed.
